1 Kap Ping Long is a modern luxury village house in Sai Kung with a stunning sea view and a large garden. HKRI, the developer, asked us to create a four-page leaflet specifically for the property. Unlike other residential projects such as Discovery Bay and City One, 1 Kap Ping Long is a single village house. We understand that the leaflet is the first impression for potential buyers, so the design has to be eye-catching and enjoyable to look at. We don't want it to give off an impression of luxuriousness that would make people think they have to spend a lot of money. We achieved this by combining the colors of the environment, such as the mountains and the sea, to create a grayish-blue-green as the main color. Additionally, we used floral illustrations to reinforce the idea. With a design approach of simplicity yielding elegance, we hope to combine the connection between the architecture and its natural environment.
